Responsibilities
- Lead pitches and selling to clients
- Create campaign strategies from a given brief and get the proposal signed off
- Churn out creative ideas for campaigns, map creators to them and pitch the same to clients
- Lead execution from brief to billing
- Create and maintain reports for all campaigns
- Build and develop solid and harmonious relationship with the business teams, agency partners and WPP stakeholders to launch and complete digital campaigns successfully
- Build and extract maximum out of partnerships with creators, managers & influencer marketing agencies with the idea of building maximum value for the campaigns we undertake
- Buy more efficiently and build direct relationships with influencers, with the objective of building strong margins
Requirements
- 7+ years’ relevant experience at an influencer marketing agency
- Client/Agency relationships exposure and strong relationship management skills
- Keen attention to detail and good at spotting opportunities
- Passionate – brings a genuine thrill and excitement to the role
- Agile – is able to be nimble in thought and action and overcome obstacles to achieve great things
- Collaborative – works well with others, and can align behind a shared purpose
- Entrepreneurial – is open to new ideas, and will challenge old ones
- Quick leaner, good presentation skills, and confident
