Requirements
- 8 - 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with strong experience in content planning, social media, and influencer marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media and active usage of digital and social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Lemon8, Telegram, Xiaohongshu, and YouTube.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple workstreams and coordinate effectively with agencies, publishers, and internal teams to meet campaign objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong collaborative spirit, with the ability to lead by example, motivate others, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a process-driven mindset, excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to different tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of workstreams, and drive campaign objectives forward with minimal supervision.
