Generix Group is hiring a Group Consolidation & Financial Reporting Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Carry out quarterly IFRS-based consolidation for the entire organization
  • Establish and record standardized accounting policies and practices across the Group
  • Oversee and track intercompany financial activities, including setting transfer pricing
  • Develop, update, and enforce adherence to Group-wide financial frameworks, including KPIs, governance protocols, and data definitions
  • Maintain accuracy and reliability of consolidated financial information
  • Prepare official financial statements for external stakeholders such as the Supervisory Board, investors, and banking or regulatory institutions
  • Coordinate and maintain communication with external audit firms engaged by the Group
  • Draft and substantiate complex or critical accounting judgments and positions
  • Create, interpret, and present key financial metrics for the Group
