Remote Talent LATAM is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to take full ownership of concept-driven design across email, paid ads, and social assets. You will work autonomously to develop and execute creative ideas with limited direction, managing projects end to end while balancing multiple requests.
What You'll Do
- Own graphic design execution across email campaigns, paid advertising, and social media assets.
- Develop concept-driven designs with a focus on ideas and visual storytelling.
- Work autonomously to translate high-level direction into finished creative deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with the assigned lead and project manager to ensure creative deliverables align with project goals.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Comfortable owning projects end to end, from concept through final delivery.
- Proven experience designing paid advertising creatives and social media assets.
- Agency-style mindset with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Motion graphics or light animation experience is a strong plus.
Technical Stack
- Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
Team & Environment
You will collaborate with an assigned lead and project manager.
Benefits & Compensation
- Full-time position with Monday–Friday business hours EST.
- Unlimited PTO.
- Compensation: $2,000/month USD.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates located exclusively in Latin American (LATAM) countries.
