Remote Talent LATAM is looking for a detail-oriented and creative Graphic Designer for a full-time client engagement. You will focus on producing polished Meta ad creatives and occasional brand visuals, taking direction from the creative team to deliver assets optimized for performance.
What You'll Do
- Design high-impact static ads for Meta based on creative briefs.
- Create multiple ad variations testing layouts, typography, and framing.
- Execute light photo editing and adapt designs for different placements.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs.
- Collaborate with the creative team via Asana.
- Support site assets or product launch visuals as needed.
- Stay curious about new design tools, including AI-assisted workflows.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design (e-commerce, or paid media preferred).
- Proven portfolio of high-performing ad creatives.
- Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, color, and composition.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in Figma. Open to similar tools.
- Experience with AI design tools (e.g., Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT for ideation).

Benefits & Compensation
- Full-time position: Monday–Friday, business hours PST.
- 10 days PTO + holidays.
- Independent contractor role.
- Monthly compensation of $2,400 USD.
