Role overview We're looking for a Graphic Designer to be the creative engine behind how Asseti shows up in market. You'll own the visual production that powers our brand, marketing, and sales motion, from campaign assets and social content through to the sales decks, one-pagers, and enablement materials that help us win enterprise deals. This is a hands-on, design-led role with broad GTM exposure. You'll sit within the marketing team and work across the business, supporting sales, product marketing, and the founder on whatever needs to look sharp and land well. Reporting into the marketing and growth function, you'll be the person who turns rough ideas and raw content into polished, on-brand work that moves fast. This is an execution-first role for someone who takes pride in craft but works at startup pace. A clean, on-brand asset shipped today beats a perfect one delivered next week. You'll use AI design and production tools as a core part of how you work, not as a novelty, but as a way to produce more, faster, without dropping quality. Key responsibilities Design marketing and brand assets across channels, social, web, email, paid campaigns, events, and digital advertising Build and maintain the sales enablement library, pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, proposal templates, and leave-behinds that the GTM team uses to win deals Turn complex product and asset-intelligence concepts into clear, compelling visuals, diagrams, data visualisations, and infographics Own and uphold the Asseti brand system, keeping everything consistent, and evolving templates as the brand grows Produce event and trade show creative, booth graphics, signage, presentation suites, and sizzle reels for key US and ANZ industry events Support the founder and leadership with high-quality decks and visuals for board, investor, and customer-facing moments Partner with the growth team on campaign creative, from concept through to production-ready assets Use AI tools to speed up production, prototype concepts, and scale output across the volume of work the business needs Manage multiple requests across time zones, prioritise well, and keep work moving without things falling through the cracks What you will bring 3+ years in graphic design, ideally across both brand/marketing and sales or product collateral Strong portfolio showing range across digital, print, presentations, and brand systems Proficiency with the core design toolkit, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva Comfort building presentations and enablement materials, not just brand work, you can make a sales deck genuinely persuasive Practical proficiency with AI design and production tools, you use them to move faster and produce more without dropping quality A strong eye for detail and consistency, you keep everything on-brand and polished Clear communication and the ability to work asynchronously with a distributed team across Nepal, the US, and Australia A bias to action, you take rough inputs and run with them rather than waiting for fully formed briefs Bonus points for: Experience designing for B2B SaaS, enterprise, or technical products Motion design, video editing, or animation skills Familiarity with commercial real estate, facilities management, or asset-heavy verticals Experience producing event and trade show creative Light front-end or web design familiarity (HTML, landing pages, web tooling) This is a chance to own the look and feel of a fast-growing, category-defining company end to end.
