Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Senior Art Director and Marketing Team to deliver polished creative work across all internal client assignments
Help develop design ideas by interpreting project briefs accurately
Design and format various materials such as reports, one-pagers, and business documents using existing templates
Produce digital content including web graphics, electronic invitations, and advertisements
Manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and take initiative when needed
Review and verify the accuracy of own work before submission to leadership
Adapt quickly to shifting project demands and meet tight deadlines efficiently
Understand how design fits within broader project timelines, particularly for multi-part branding initiatives
Contribute as a collaborative team member and maintain workflow continuity in the absence of senior staff
