Responsibilities
- Design high-impact advertising creatives for paid social, display ads, landing pages, and campaigns
- Develop visually engaging concepts aligned with brand and performance goals
- Use AI-powered design tools to ideate, prototype, and accelerate production workflows
- Adapt and optimize creatives based on performance data and feedback
- Collaborate closely with marketing and growth teams on campaign strategy
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets
- Stay current with design trends, advertising formats, and emerging AI tools
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong advertisement-focused portfolio
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in design workflows (e.g., generative design, image enhancement, concepting)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Solid understanding of digital advertising formats (social media ads, banners, video thumbnails, etc.)
- Ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual concepts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for performance marketing and A/B testing
- Motion graphics or basic video editing skills
- Familiarity with brand strategy and conversion-focused design
- Experience working with startups or high-growth teams
