About the Role
The selected candidate will support the creation and execution of design deliverables for proposals, presentations, reports, and marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards and project goals.
Responsibilities
- Design graphics for technical reports and project documentation
- Develop layouts for proposals and client-facing materials
- Create visual assets for digital presentations and slides
- Produce illustrations and diagrams to support engineering concepts
- Format documents using consistent typography and color schemes
- Collaborate with project teams to understand design requirements
- Revise artwork based on feedback from team members and clients
- Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and quality standards
- Prepare files for both print and digital distribution
- Manage multiple design projects with overlapping deadlines
- Support marketing initiatives with creative visuals
- Work with templates to maintain consistency across deliverables
- Integrate photos, charts, and data into design layouts
- Use design software to produce high-quality outputs
- Maintain organized files and version-controlled assets
- Assist in developing design standards for recurring projects
- Coordinate with writers and editors on content integration
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for visual strategies
- Adapt designs for different audiences and formats
