Responsibilities
- Produce sleek, contemporary visual content for websites, landing pages, and online marketing initiatives
- Organize and update design files, reusable components, and layouts using Figma
- Convert design ideas into functional web elements using HTML, CSS, and minor front-end adjustments
- Assist in building and updating website pages and small UI improvements alongside developers
- Utilize AI-driven tools to speed up concept development, asset production, and design revisions
- Maintain alignment with brand standards across all digital platforms
- Engage in design evaluations and integrate feedback effectively
- Work asynchronously with diverse, distributed teams

Responsibilities
- Design clean, modern visual assets for websites, landing pages, and digital marketing campaigns
- Create and maintain design files, components, and layouts in Figma
- Translate design concepts into basic web-ready implementations (HTML/CSS and light front-end updates)
- Support website updates, page builds, and minor UI enhancements in collaboration with developers
- Apply AI-powered design and productivity tools to accelerate ideation, asset creation, and iterations
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback efficiently
- Collaborate asynchronously with cross-functional, remote teams

- Must have prior experience working with US or UK-based companies
- Non-negotiable: Prior experience working in a fully remote role
- Strong fluency in remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar)
