About the Role

Vention is seeking a Graphic Designer to play a key role in evolving and strengthening our brand. You'll contribute to marketing initiatives for product launches, advertising campaigns, and brand communications, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to deliver graphic content on time, aligned with campaigns and marketing calendar milestones.
  • Present design concepts and creative ideas to stakeholders, demonstrating a strong understanding of brand identity, objectives, and requirements.
  • Develop and evolve Vention's visual identity to support rapid company growth and innovation.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all company channels, including marketing, sales, internal communications, and presentations for management.
  • Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to create visuals for newsletters, digital advertising, and performance marketing campaigns.
  • Design compelling visual content for various digital platforms, including the website, social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Strengthen campaign and product launch storytelling through engaging graphic and visual elements.
  • Contribute to the creation of mood boards, creative concepts, and video storyboards by integrating emerging visual trends.
  • Transform conceptual ideas into strong brand visuals using creative skills and industry knowledge.
  • Use both 2D design skills and 3D rendering to create realistic visual representations of Vention technology.
  • Coordinate work with external agencies, freelancers, and production partners as needed to support the creation of visual assets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on major initiatives such as product launches, Vention's annual product announcement event, trade shows, and webinars.

What We're Looking For

  • Training in graphic design, graphic arts, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio with over 2 years of experience in marketing, brand design, or creative production.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), and 3D rendering tools such as Blender.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly present ideas to stakeholders and team members.
  • Strong ideation skills and good understanding of color theory, visual hierarchy, and conceptual design.
  • Great attention to detail and commitment to maintaining visual consistency.
  • High sense of responsibility, proactivity, and collaborative spirit.
  • Ability to manage projects autonomously while coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing multiple deadlines and priorities.

Nice to Have

  • Bilingualism in French and English.
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Asana.
