Climate Finance Solutions is hiring a Grants Project Manager (Canada)

Responsibilities

  • Lead grant applications from initial client meetings through final submission, verifying adherence to guidelines and due dates
  • Design project schedules, key checkpoints, and go/no-go decisions based on funding requirements, assigning tasks to relevant team members
  • Act as the main liaison between the firm and clients or partners, delivering weekly progress reports and tracking open actions
  • Organize proposal teams by aligning writers and technical specialists with availability to maintain sustainable workloads
  • Ensure adherence to Canadian federal grant rules and specific program terms, managing submissions across federal and provincial systems
  • Provide strategic guidance to client teams on strengthening competitiveness and building effective partnerships to improve funding success
  • Facilitate collaboration among internal staff and external partners to support efficient proposal development and timely delivery
