Analog Devices is seeking a Graduate RF/Analog Design Engineer to join the RF Control Products team in Istanbul, Turkey. The role involves full-cycle product development of RF components such as switches, attenuators, amplifiers, and MCMs for diverse markets, working at the transistor level and across multiple process and packaging technologies.
What You'll Do
- Design of transistor-level circuits for RF components: switches, attenuators, LNAs, amplifiers
- Design evaluation, performing first silicon characterization and detailed analysis
- Design and development for RF products with various process and packaging technologies
- Preparing required documentation and reports for product development
What We're Looking For
- At least B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Typically requires 0-2 years related and progressive experience
- Solid understanding of RF/Analog circuit design, S-parameters, T-line theory, RF matching networks
- Skills necessary to innovate, design, simulate and verify circuit performance at the transistor level and behavioural/architectural level
- Strong RF understanding
- Experience in circuit design environments such as Cadence, ADS
Nice to Have
- M.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Skills in electromagnetic simulators such as EMPro, HFSS
- Previous IC tape out experience
- Experience in test equipment and RF characterization
