Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree recently completed in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and a strong interest in financial planning, business performance analysis, and digital innovation.
- High proficiency in numerical analysis and problem-solving, with consistent attention to accuracy and detail.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and financial modeling.
- Curiosity about integrating AI and automation technologies to enhance finance workflows and processes.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have
- Experience using Power BI, Power Query, or SQL for data visualization and analysis.
- Familiarity with programming in Python or using AI-based tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or equivalent platforms.
- Knowledge of German language is beneficial but not required.
