Responsibilities
- Develops analytical and design capabilities through guided practice
- Executes engineering design tasks with oversight from a senior engineer
- Produces design documentation including calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematics, and final construction drawings under supervision
- Gathers and evaluates technical data with guidance from an experienced engineer
- Applies engineering software to resolve fundamental design and analysis challenges
- Completes assigned tasks in alignment with established timelines and financial constraints under supervision

- The ADVANCE program lasts approximately 24 months.
- Successful completion of the program is an indicator of strong performance, alongside other indicators such as performance ratings.
- Graduates are assigned duties that provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience at graduate entry level.
