Responsibilities
- Design and oversee robotic systems that integrate mechanical, electrical, and software components.
- Enhance system performance, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness through iterative optimization.
- Create control algorithms for robotic path planning and handling of objects.
- Build, evaluate, and improve software tailored to various robotic uses.
- Support seamless deployment of robotic solutions in commercial lab environments.
- Develop communication interfaces and protocols to link robotics with lab instruments and LIMS platforms.
- Identify and resolve technical issues arising during system integration.
- Design user-friendly interfaces to simplify automated process control.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation to meet performance, quality, and safety standards.
- Analyze operational data to inform design and control refinements.
- Maintain detailed technical records including design specifications, user guides, and troubleshooting steps.
