Responsibilities
- Analyze tender documents, statements of work, and contract line item numbers to establish and validate government pricing
- Drive the creation of new service programs by leveraging industry insights and competitive market analysis
- Support the development of annual price escalation adjustments for airframe, engine, and APU models
- Contribute to cost analysis initiatives and research assignments
- Gather cost information from internal teams, external partners, vendors, and contractors
- Build financial models to estimate costs across various service components
- Generate cost reports and deliver findings to leadership teams
- Use cost data to design pricing strategies that support profitability
- Collaborate with Parts and Engines teams to manage and update Master Price Lists
- Oversee the database used to calculate airframe and engine service rates
- Conduct cost comparisons between actual expenditures and database benchmarks
- Offer technical expertise to Client Services and Sales teams on inspection program details and pricing
- Review Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives as needed for compliance and costing
- Ensure all pricing inputs for contract bids are supported by a clear, auditable record
- Develop standard operating procedure manuals as required
