Remote Talent LATAM is looking for a Google Ads Suspension Specialist to help clients navigate and recover from Google Ads account suspensions. You will be the expert clients rely on during a stressful time, providing clear communication and expert problem-solving.
What You'll Do
- Audit Google Ads accounts and client websites to identify policy violations or compliance issues.
- Prepare and submit detailed, accurate appeals to Google for account reinstatement.
- Communicate empathetically and professionally with business owners and marketing managers.
- Manage multiple client cases simultaneously, prioritizing based on urgency and impact.
- Collaborate with internal specialists to continuously improve strategies and processes.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all client interactions and appeal progress.
- Stay current with Google Ads policies, trends, and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience with Google Ads: ability to navigate accounts and understand platform structure.
- Strong attention to detail, precision and accuracy are crucial for successful appeals.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Empathy and professionalism when dealing with clients under stress.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Comfortable working remotely, managing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in Google Ads policy compliance or account reinstatement is a strong plus.
