Netzproduzenten® GmbH is looking for a Google Ads / SEA Marketing Manager to join our growth-hacking and performance marketing taskforce. You will own client projects, optimizing campaigns and designing experiments that directly impact success.
What You'll Do
- Optimize national and international Google campaigns, including YouTube, for clients with monthly advertising budgets of €5,000 - €100,000.
- Conceive and execute A/B tests and data-driven experiments for online shops, platforms, and websites.
- Conduct analyses using tools like Google Analytics to optimize sites for visitor conversion.
- Maintain direct contact with clients and partners, serving as the project owner.
- Collaborate with the team to analyze existing projects and develop them further.
What We're Looking For
- Completed vocational training or a degree in business administration or marketing, or nearing completion.
- Good analytical and conceptual skills.
- Familiarity with core marketing terms like CPC, CTR, CPA, keyword research, and conversion optimization.
- Initial hands-on experience in marketing websites and web shops.
- Good German language skills and secure English language skills in both speech and writing.

- Curiosity and interest in Google, innovative topics, and new technologies.
- An eye for detail and a natural feel for user experience.
