Responsibilities
- Create high-fidelity simulations capturing aircraft behavior, including aerodynamic forces, ground interactions, and actuator responses
- Determine required flight test campaigns and assess collected data to refine model accuracy
- Execute integrated testing of flight control algorithms using dynamic aircraft simulations
- Build software tools to interpret and display simulation and real-world flight results
- Validate simulation outputs by comparing against empirical flight test measurements
