Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, partnering with hiring managers from intake through offer delivery.
- Build proactive sourcing strategies and structured, evidence-based hiring processes that support strong decisions and a positive candidate experience.
- Develop interview guides, assessment frameworks, and practical resources that help hiring managers interview effectively and consistently.
- Use recruitment data and market insights to improve hiring quality, efficiency, and process consistency.
- Own the employee journey from accepted offer through successful completion of the 180-day probation period.
- Coordinate preboarding, onboarding, and cross-functional handoffs that create an organized and welcoming new hire experience.
- Partner with managers to support integration, probation milestones, and compliant offboarding activities.
- Simplify, standardize, and improve recruitment and employee lifecycle workflows as the organization grows.
- Build and maintain documentation, templates, and knowledge resources that support managers and the People team.
- Use operational data and technology to reduce manual work and strengthen the employee experience.
- Use AI, automation, and other tools thoughtfully to improve recruiting workflows, reduce manual work, and create a better experience for candidates and hiring teams.
- Develop expertise across core People Operations, including employment documentation, contracts, employee lifecycle administration, and other defined responsibilities.
- Support day-to-day People Operations with sound judgment, discretion, professionalism, and a strong service mindset.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Partnering, or a comparable recruitment role, ideally with exposure to People Operations or HR administration.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment independently, partner effectively with hiring managers, and guide processes from intake through offer.
- Experience improving recruitment, interview, onboarding, or employee lifecycle processes in a fast-paced or growing organization.
- Exposure to onboarding, offboarding, employment documentation, contracts, amendments, or employee lifecycle administration, with a strong ability to build expertise where needed.
- Experience using ATS and HRIS platforms to support accurate, efficient People processes.
- Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy, discretion, and professionalism.
- Comfortable working independently, navigating ambiguity, and knowing when to seek support or escalation.
- Ability to interpret data and present insights to clients.
- Curious about AI and automation, with an interest in exploring practical ways to improve how Talent Acquisition works.

- Track record implementing or optimizing ATS, HRIS, or other People systems.
- A history of improving operational workflows through automation or technology.
