World Relief is hiring a Global Safety & Security Manager to safeguard our global operations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the safety and security policies, procedures, and training that protect our teams and programs worldwide. You will provide critical technical support to field offices and ensure consistent compliance with our organizational standards.

- Develop and implement global safety and security policies, procedures, and training materials.
- Provide technical support and guidance to field offices on safety and security matters.
- Ensure compliance with organizational safety and security standards across all locations.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for international programs.
- Manage security-related incidents and provide crisis response support.
