Responsibilities

- Track candidate progress in the applicant tracking system with high accuracy
- Communicate with applicants to provide updates on their application status
- Prepare and distribute job offers in coordination with HR and legal teams
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws during hiring processes
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all recruitment activities
- Support onboarding procedures by coordinating with regional teams
- Generate recruitment reports for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Standardize recruitment workflows across regions
- Respond to internal inquiries about hiring timelines
- Organize recruitment-related meetings and distribute summaries
- Update job postings on various career platforms
- Monitor application volumes and flag bottlenecks
- Assist in employer branding initiatives
- Coordinate reference checks for final candidates
- Ensure data privacy standards are followed in all communications
- Liaise with external recruitment agencies when needed
- Support diversity and inclusion efforts in hiring practices

- Track visa and work permit requirements for international hires
