About the Role

The position involves coordinating recruitment operations globally, streamlining hiring processes, and providing administrative support to ensure timely and compliant onboarding of staff.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination for roles across different countries
  • Schedule interviews across multiple time zones and maintain calendars for hiring teams
  • Track candidate progress in the applicant tracking system with high accuracy
  • Communicate with applicants to provide updates on their application status
  • Prepare and distribute job offers in coordination with HR and legal teams
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws during hiring processes
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for all recruitment activities
  • Support onboarding procedures by coordinating with regional teams
  • Generate recruitment reports for internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Standardize recruitment workflows across regions
  • Respond to internal inquiries about hiring timelines
  • Organize recruitment-related meetings and distribute summaries
  • Update job postings on various career platforms
  • Monitor application volumes and flag bottlenecks
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives
  • Coordinate reference checks for final candidates
  • Ensure data privacy standards are followed in all communications
  • Liaise with external recruitment agencies when needed
  • Support diversity and inclusion efforts in hiring practices
  • Maintain recruitment templates and communication materials
  • Track visa and work permit requirements for international hires
  • Provide logistical support for virtual assessment centers
  • Assist in onboarding survey distribution and follow-up
  • Help maintain consistency in candidate experience globally
