About the Role
This role is responsible for enabling efficient and equitable hiring across global regions by supporting end-to-end recruitment coordination, improving candidate experience, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment logistics across multiple time zones and regions
- Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring teams
- Update applicant tracking systems with accurate and timely data
- Support onboarding processes for newly hired staff
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations during hiring
- Draft and distribute job postings tailored to regional markets
- Track key recruitment metrics and report on performance indicators
- Assist in refining sourcing strategies to improve candidate quality
- Maintain consistent communication with global hiring managers
- Organize recruitment-related documentation and workflows
- Respond to candidate inquiries promptly and professionally
- Facilitate reference checks and background verification processes
- Help onboard new recruiters and provide training support
- Identify inefficiencies in recruitment processes and suggest improvements
- Ensure all candidate interactions reflect organizational values
- Collaborate with HR on policy implementation related to hiring
- Manage job board subscriptions and recruitment platform access
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within hiring practices
- Prepare regular summaries of recruitment activity for leadership review
- Coordinate virtual onboarding sessions for remote hires
Nice to Have
- Experience in nonprofit or international development sectors
- Familiarity with remote hiring compliance across jurisdictions
- Knowledge of global payroll and contracting practices
- Additional language proficiency beyond English
- Certification in human resources or recruitment
