Responsibilities

- Monitor application status changes
- Escalate technical issues with recruitment systems
- Assist with global hiring event coordination
- Ensure adherence to local labor regulations
- Provide data for diversity and inclusion reporting
- Coordinate reference checks
- Support recruitment marketing initiatives
- Maintain calendar accuracy for hiring teams
- Archive closed roles according to retention policy
- Update candidate status in real time
- Troubleshoot applicant portal access issues
