Responsibilities

- Supervise, guide, and support project managers across regions, serving as the main point of contact for high-priority or complicated projects.
- Ensure coordinated execution across departments such as operations, sales, procurement, finance, legal, and technology.
- Serve as a senior-level contact for major clients, partners, and internal teams, maintaining transparent communication and responsibility.
- Monitor financial performance, budget adherence, risk mitigation, and improvement initiatives for global projects.
- Lead the deployment and expansion of logistics solutions within international operations to maintain service standards and uniformity.
