Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Global Head and regional teams to advance the global public relations strategy.
  • Oversee daily management of the global PR calendar, including content assets and communication guidelines.
  • Assist in planning and executing press events, media briefings, previews, and industry appearances.
  • Organize logistics for media interviews, outreach activities, hospitality, and gifting initiatives.
  • Handle requests for press photography, manage asset distribution, approvals, and align messaging and quotes.
  • Monitor and evaluate PR coverage, contribute to DMR reporting, and provide performance insights to leadership.
  • Work with EMEA and US teams to support public relations and event execution in Western markets.
  • Help design and implement influencer outreach strategies in coordination with regional stakeholders.
  • Coordinate talent and styling needs, including logistics, approvals, and asset sharing.
  • Identify opportunities for influencer and celebrity brand alignment that support strategic objectives.
  • Analyze competitor activity in talent and influencer engagement to guide strategic decisions.
  • Supervise the loaning and tracking of jewellery pieces in partnership with internal teams.
  • Uphold and distribute styling standards to ensure consistent brand representation across regions.
  • Support the execution of integrated, multi-channel communication plans based on brand platforms.
  • Create and refine communication materials such as press releases, Q&As, briefings, and brand narratives.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all PR and external communications.
  • Monitor digital platform performance to generate insights and improve future strategies.
  • Manage brand participation in external events, trade shows, and industry conferences.
  • Assist in overseeing PR and communications budgets in line with established guidelines.
  • Support the coordination of external agencies and production partners.
  • Collaborate with brand and product marketing teams to ensure accurate and timely availability of PR materials.
