Responsibilities
- Serve as the People Operations expert for designated countries, delivering tailored administrative support.
- Ensure global data accuracy and compliance by updating employee information in the HRIS.
- Manage employment contracts, addendums, and bonus or commission documentation, while improving process efficiency.
- Support regional onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits processes.
- Respond promptly to employee inquiries and assist People Business Partners and local or regional HR Managers as needed.
Requirements
- Understanding of global HR data processing.
- Excellent command of English.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
