World Renew, a global faith-based nonprofit organization engaged in humanitarian, disaster response, and community development initiatives, is seeking a vendor to provide a unified, comprehensive global HRIS and US/Canada payroll solution. This system will replace current non-integrated systems to support global personnel data management, payroll, benefits, global compliance, and related HR functions for a globally distributed workforce.
What We're Looking For
- A fully integrated Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Payroll system.
- Support for global operations, including compliance, payroll, HR operations, talent management, benefits administration, and learning/performance management.
- Support for all HR and payroll needs for all staff types across multiple countries.
