Responsibilities
- Lead an advisory team that supports customers after emissions measurement with strategic guidance on reporting, targets, and decarbonization planning.
- Provide expert counsel to sustainability executives at leading global organizations to strengthen their programs and align with business outcomes.
- Create new advisory frameworks and internal tools by interpreting emerging sustainability regulations and market trends.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate sustainability insights into innovative software solutions.
- Manage and grow a team of experienced sustainability advisors at mid and senior levels.
- Co-develop the organization’s decarbonization strategy in coordination with cross-functional leaders.
- Ensure all customer engagements meet high standards of technical rigor and deliver tangible business value.
- Refine team workflows to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and capacity for scaling.
- Inform long-term organizational design by evaluating optimal team structure, roles, and geographic footprint.
- Collaborate with the Manager of Sustainability Advisory to define the team’s strategic direction.
- Work with senior leadership to shape the broader services strategy across the company.
- Coordinate with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Methodology leads to align goals and execution.
- Model a culture of excellence, customer focus, and mission alignment for the team.
