Docebo is hiring a Global Events Manager

Responsibilities

  • Design the Experience: Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for Docebo-hosted events like RKO, PKO, and executive events, while playing a lead role in our massive Inspire conference
  • Bridge Brand and Demand: Create branded moments that strengthen Docebo’s market identity while simultaneously moving the needle on pipeline, retention, and ROI.
  • Command the Room: Lead high-level cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Executive teams to ensure every event aligns perfectly with our global business goals.
  • Master the Logistics: Drive the full project lifecycle from venue sourcing and contract negotiation to meticulous budget management and on-site run-of-show execution.
  • Amplify the Message: Partner with the broader marketing team to fuel pre-event buzz across social, email, and paid channels to ensure packed houses and high engagement.
  • Innovate with AI: Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to streamline your workflows, automate the boring bits of planning, and elevate the creative output of the entire events team.
  • Analyze the Impact: Rigorously track performance metrics and deliver post-event insights that prove value and continuously raise the bar for what a 'Docebo Event' looks like.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of global event management experience, specifically within the fast-paced world of B2B SaaS or high-tech.
  • Successfully navigated the complexities of planning and executing large-scale conferences for over 500 attendees.
  • A portfolio of branded experiences that prove you think far beyond 'logistics' to focus on brand expression and attendee emotion.
  • Master of tools like Asana, CVENT, and Salesforce, with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects across different time zones simultaneously.
  • Resourceful, independent problem-solver who thrives under the pressure of live events and keeps a cool head when the unexpected happens.
