About the Role
As Global Employer Brand Manager, you'll own how Solidgate shows up to the engineers, PMs, and sales leaders who haven't heard of us yet — and make sure they stop when they do. Your job is to turn Solidgate into a destination, not just an option.
Responsibilities
- Build and own talent marketing campaigns globally — strategy, execution, measurement, no handoffs mid-way
- Develop the EVP and core messaging for international talent: arm recruiters with the tools, competitive insights, and pitch to close strong candidates
- Own external partnerships that put Solidgate in front of the right audiences — media, communities, platforms, events
- Plan and run talent events across Europe that people actually want to attend
- Track what works — reach, engagement, quality of hire pipeline — and use it to sharpen the next move
- Stay ahead of new formats, tools, and channels before everyone else is already there
Requirements
- You've built or shaped employer brand at a scaling tech or fintech company — and have the results to show for it
- You know how to develop an EVP that actually resonates
- You think in audiences and channels, not job boards and banners
- You've run talent marketing campaigns end-to-end and know what moves the needle
- Events, content, partnerships, paid — you're comfortable owning the full mix
- You're at ease with ambiguity, work well without a playbook, and build the structure yourself
- Data informs your decisions, but strong instinct drives them
