About the Role
The position is responsible for shaping customer marketing initiatives that align with global business goals, leveraging customer insights to design targeted campaigns, improve lifecycle engagement, and support long-term brand loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage global customer marketing strategies that support product adoption and customer retention
- Collaborate with regional teams to adapt campaigns for local markets while maintaining brand consistency
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, segments, and opportunities for targeted outreach
- Lead the creation of lifecycle marketing programs including onboarding, upsell, and renewal campaigns
- Work closely with product marketing to align messaging with customer needs and market demands
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns tailored to customer segments
- Monitor campaign performance using KPIs and adjust strategies based on results
- Partner with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and customer goals
- Manage content development for customer-facing materials in coordination with creative teams
- Coordinate customer feedback loops to inform future marketing and product development efforts
- Oversee the deployment of marketing automation tools to improve customer engagement
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations across all marketing activities
- Lead cross-functional projects involving IT, customer support, and external vendors
- Present marketing insights and results to senior leadership on a regular basis
- Support the planning and execution of customer events and webinars
- Maintain a global marketing calendar aligned with product releases and business priorities
- Evaluate third-party marketing platforms and recommend improvements
- Drive customer advocacy programs including reference and testimonial initiatives
- Stay current with industry trends in B2B marketing and customer experience
- Manage external agencies and contractors as needed
- Optimize customer journey maps to enhance touchpoint effectiveness
- Develop dashboards for tracking customer engagement and retention metrics
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer communications
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to refine messaging and improve conversion
- Support M&A integration efforts related to customer marketing assets
