Responsibilities
- Manage and expand assigned global accounts, nurturing both existing relationships and new business opportunities across regions.
- Build trusted-advisor relationships with senior executives, decision-makers, and multi-threaded customer stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic global account plans that identify growth potential, whitespace opportunities, customer priorities, and measurable business outcomes.
- Lead high-level commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and customer engagement plans to support long-term account success.
- Identify market insights, customer trends, and new business opportunities that strengthen Check Point’s competitive positioning within strategic global accounts.
- Position Check Point’s full cyber security portfolio, including cloud, network, mobile, endpoint, firewall, AI-driven security, and advanced threat prevention solutions.
- Guide and coordinate virtual global teams, including Sales Engineering, specialists, partners, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support, to optimize growth opportunities and customer outcomes.
- Drive account expansion, cross-sell, upsell, and broader solution adoption across complex enterprise environments.
- Use Check Point tools and structured account management practices to manage account activity, pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
- Travel as needed to customer locations, global stakeholder meetings, and company-wide meetings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in global account management, enterprise sales, or strategic account management within the IT or cyber security industry, selling complex solutions.
- Proven capability to connect technology solutions to measurable business outcomes and articulate clear value to executive and technical audiences.
- Strong relationship management skills, with experience building trusted-advisor relationships across complex, multi-stakeholder customer environments.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills and confidence leading high-level customer discussions.
- Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities, develop account plans, and expand strategic customer relationships.
- Experience working with virtual, cross-functional teams across regions and functions to deliver customer value.
- Strong time management skills combined with a high level of autonomy, ownership, and self-direction.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global, collaborative, and customer-focused environment.
- Fluent German and English are required.
Nice to Have
- Cyber security experience is strongly preferred; experience with enterprise security solutions, cloud security, network security, firewall, or advanced threat prevention is an advantage.
