Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by achieving or surpassing sales targets through expansion within current accounts and acquisition of new strategic clients aligned with company goals.
- Reduce customer attrition and account downsizing by cultivating strong, enduring relationships with key stakeholders across multiple countries, ensuring high engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Lead high-impact contract negotiations with senior executives, procurement departments, and legal teams to secure favorable and balanced agreements.
- Collaborate across departments including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless service delivery and align internal strategy with client objectives.
- Navigate complex global partner ecosystems by identifying strategic allies and competitive threats, adapting sales approaches accordingly.
- Maintain awareness of regional and country-specific competitive dynamics to develop effective counter-strategies and gain market advantage.
- Engage effectively with executive leaders across diverse geographies, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and adaptability in communication and relationship-building.
- Develop deep insight into client industries and business models, using market research and public data to inform proactive, value-driven sales strategies.
- Ensure precise and consistent documentation of all sales activities, client communications, forecasts, and pipeline updates within CRM systems.
- Embrace emerging technologies, particularly AI-powered tools, with a mindset of continuous learning to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
- Be available for international travel as business needs require.
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support account and organizational objectives.
