Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a German Speaking Customer Happiness Specialist to join our remote team in Greece. You will provide exceptional support to German-speaking customers, ensuring they have a rewarding experience and building a loyal community to strengthen our brand's reputation.
What You'll Do
- Provide top-notch support to German-speaking customers through various communication channels.
- Handle inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring clients have a rewarding experience.
- Keep records of customer interactions and relay feedback for continual service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to drive customer satisfaction and happiness.

- Fluency in German is essential.
