Mercier Consultancy is hiring a German Customer Support Consultant to deliver exceptional service for a distinguished automotive company. You will work remotely from your home in Greece, supporting German-speaking clientele across multiple channels.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking clientele via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and technical specifications.
- Resolve customer issues swiftly while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with technical teams to address complex inquiries as necessary.
- Stay informed about the latest automotive trends and product offerings to enhance customer service.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German (oral and written) is essential.
- Experience in customer support or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality support and customer service.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of English is a plus.
- Experience preferably within the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and automotive terminologies is advantageous.
