Mercier Consultancy is hiring a German Customer Care Specialist to join our dedicated team. This is a fully remote position allowing you to work from anywhere in Greece. You will assist German-speaking clients with their inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer support in German via phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and account management.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for efficient follow-up and reporting.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Collaborate with different teams to address customer concerns and improve support processes.
- Keep abreast of product updates and company policies to provide accurate information to clients.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer needs.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer applications and online communication platforms.
- A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
