Responsibilities
- Conduct diverse environmental remediation tasks, including investigations, water and wastewater services, industrial hygiene and safety support, conservation efforts, and pollution prevention measures
- Carry out comprehensive geotechnical assessments involving collection and analysis of soil samples from surface and subsurface layers, evaluated for chemical and physical characteristics
- Collect and analyze rock and solid materials, including sediment testing
- Perform groundwater sampling and testing, including installation and development of monitoring wells
- Assess aquifer characteristics and track groundwater levels over time
- Conduct surface water sampling and analysis
- Test construction materials for geotechnical properties and classify soils using the Unified Soil Classification System
- Ensure all logs and data submissions comply with Bentley geotechnical software and GINT system standards
- Deliver full-cycle environmental compliance, evaluation, and remediation support for construction inspections and sustainability programs as outlined in task orders
- Provide broad base environmental support to enhance operational readiness through various environmental programs and initiatives
- Perform office automation, client interaction, and technical tasks related to environmental assessment, compliance, and management
- Maintain records repositories and assist with documentation and procurement justification inputs
- Monitor contract timelines, manage databases, and contribute to enterprise-level tracking systems
- Offer administrative support including technical assistance in organizing and maintaining official filing systems and data archives
- Collect field and project data and enter into designated databases
- Review project documentation and provide technical feedback
- Develop scopes of work, cost estimates, and statistical reporting
