Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy Generative AI models such as GPT, DALL·E, and Stable Diffusion, adapting pre-trained systems to meet specific industry needs and use cases.
- Lead efforts in researching and applying cutting-edge Generative AI techniques, identifying novel applications that deliver measurable business value.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate AI capabilities into broader organizational strategies and deliver complete, production-ready solutions.
- Deliver scalable AI systems through APIs and microservices, ensuring robust integration within enterprise environments.
- Improve the efficiency, performance, and reliability of AI models in production, resolving issues in training and inference pipelines.
Lead & Mentors
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, promoting continuous learning and high engineering standards.
- Help establish and refine best practices, development standards, and repeatable workflows in AI projects.
