Responsibilities
- Accurately label multimedia content by applying established annotation rules, including identifying events, setting time-based boundaries, and recording attributes of objects or entities.
- Consistently apply detailed instructions and report unclear or borderline cases with specific examples to support resolution.
- Conduct independent quality checks on annotated work and correct any inaccuracies prior to submission.
- Engage in calibration meetings to standardize understanding of guidelines and minimize inconsistencies across reviewers.
- Identify patterns in recurring errors and support improvements to documentation by providing real examples, failure analysis, and suggested clarifications.
- Assist in quality assurance processes such as random sampling, secondary review, and audits, and apply received feedback to future tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external collaborators as necessary to maintain output volume and meet quality benchmarks.
