Assist World is looking for a General Virtual Assistant to provide dedicated sales and administrative support in a remote, full-time capacity. You will be a core support function for our operations.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to streamline daily operations.
- Assist the sales team with lead management, data entry, and customer communication.
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence.
- Organize and maintain digital files, records, and sales documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative support role.
- Strong proficiency with standard office software and communication tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, full-time setting.
- Residency in either South Africa or the Philippines.
