About the Role

Assist World is looking for a General Virtual Assistant to provide dedicated sales and administrative support in a remote, full-time capacity. You will be a core support function for our operations.

What You'll Do

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to streamline daily operations.
  • Assist the sales team with lead management, data entry, and customer communication.
  • Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain digital files, records, and sales documentation.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative support role.
  • Strong proficiency with standard office software and communication tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote, full-time setting.
  • Residency in either South Africa or the Philippines.

Work Mode

This is a fully remote, full-time position. Candidates must be located and authorized to work in South Africa or the Philippines.
