Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain the commercial operating framework
- Enforce a structured and consistent sales rhythm
- Ensure disciplined use of CRM and clean sales pipeline management
- Implement standardized tracking of sales opportunities and forecasting
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators and reporting dashboards
- Oversee accurate sales forecasting and integrity of pipeline data
- Aggregate regional forecasts into a unified company-level projection
- Hold Area Sales Managers responsible for forecast accuracy
- Track pipeline volume and conversion rates across regions
- Deliver clear visibility into future revenue for executive leadership
- Manage overall sales team performance
- Set clear expectations for individual and team performance
- Conduct or support regular performance evaluations
- Lead performance improvement plans and staffing decisions with regional managers
- Align compensation structures with measurable results
- Lead recruitment and team growth initiatives
- Manage the full hiring lifecycle from start to finish
- Collaborate with regional managers on candidate selection
- Coordinate new hire onboarding with the Sales Performance Director
- Develop strategies for long-term talent retention and bench strength
- Handle escalated issues as the primary point of contact
- Serve as the main contact for resolving critical escalations
- Address conflicts involving customers, OEM partners, and internal teams
- Ensure organizational alignment and accountability across teams
- Monitor and improve OEM partner performance
