Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ownership of the White Label business, including financial performance, strategic growth, execution, and operational rhythm.
- Develop and expand a SaaS model by supporting ISV clients who distribute solutions across their customer networks.
- Define the long-term vision and strategic direction for White Label, aligning product, engineering, sales, operations, and go-to-market teams around a shared plan.
- Foster company-wide alignment across more than 60 product teams to prioritize White Label as a core business initiative.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to build API-first, easily integrable solutions that minimize onboarding complexity and manual work.
- Drive hands-on execution, stepping in directly to resolve blockers, validate approaches, and speed up delivery.
- Leverage data and customer feedback to inform decisions, guide investment priorities, and refine the product roadmap.
- Serve as the primary internal and external voice on White Label strategy, ISV collaborations, compliance implications, and market potential.
- Maintain high operational standards, consistent delivery quality, and scalable processes amid rapid business expansion.
