Responsibilities
- fosters an environment for safe and profitable operations through planning and oversight
- set the strategic goals in coordination with the President or Vice President, and work with Senior and Project Managers to execute on them
- Relationship management with clients and networking within the industry are other key objectives
Requirements
- experience in maintaining and promoting a strong safety culture for all employees, vendors, and customers and follow all safety and environmental policies, procedures and regulations
- Identifying and communicating workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions
- experience directing and overseeing operations in the region ensuring team goals are aligned with corporate and divisional goals
- understand external customer needs and maintain and develop relationships
- Ensuring that every project is managed to maximize customer satisfaction
- You want to be in key role in executing troubled project recovery plans in conjunction with senior managers and project teams
- 5- 10 years of related experience, or equivalent combination
- Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven, and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team
- Ability to travel occasionally
- Willing to relocate
