Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day plant operations, safety protocols, and maintenance tasks to ensure uninterrupted functionality.
- Create and apply efficiency strategies to meet production targets while reducing expenses.
- Set policies, procedures, and production timetables to optimize plant operations.
- Carry out performance evaluations and encourage staff to meet production objectives.
- Confirm job requests and coordinate the activities of managers who report directly.
- Promote organizational culture, values, and reputation among employees, customers, suppliers, and regulators.
- Fulfill General Manager duties in line with legal and ethical standards.
- Lead daily plant meetings and oversee contract management for operations, safety, and maintenance.
- Prepare plant reports for SWTEPM’s client and develop budget estimates.
- Monitor ISO certification follow-up and ensure customer satisfaction while safeguarding company interests.
- Review activity analyses and adhere to environmental, health, and safety requirements.
- Conduct work activities that meet quality expectations without endangering health, safety, or the environment.
- Direct overall O&M Company activities and approve contracts, orders, and purchase requests.
- Present quarterly results to the board and manage legal and accounting matters for the O&M company.
- Maintain a safe work environment, avoid operational risks, and uphold objectivity, consistency, and confidentiality.
- Exercise Stop Work Authority to immediately halt any work activity posing unacceptable safety, environmental, or asset risks without fear of retaliation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, consistent with the role's level and organizational needs.
- Follow all IMS, Finance, and Compliance policies and procedures in daily operations.
