Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all aspects of distribution center activities, covering warehousing, customer support, and accounts receivable functions.
- Manage and grow operations, warehouse, and supervisory teams, promoting teamwork, clear communication, responsibility, and performance excellence.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and ensure warehouse machinery remains in proper working condition.
- Create and implement yearly operational strategies in alignment with corporate goals, collaborating with regional leaders and store operations to manage budgets and resource use effectively.
- Track key performance metrics and lead initiatives for ongoing improvement in service quality, productivity, inventory precision, cost efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
- Manage the complete inventory lifecycle, from receipt and storage to supplier coordination and timely delivery, ensuring accuracy and strong operational performance across all locations.
