Responsibilities
- Prepare legal filings such as complaints, answers, motions, and supporting briefs
- Participate in court appearances, witness depositions, and settlement mediations
- Work collaboratively with professionals across teams and locations to support a unified and effective workplace
- Handle a portfolio of litigation matters independently while collaborating with a legal team from initiation through resolution
- Maintain regular contact with clients and deliver updates on case progress
