Responsibilities
- Grant access and exit only to authorized vehicles, including DPD, subcontractor, and delivery vehicles.
- Communicate vehicle movements to other departments within the business.
- Conduct physical checks of vehicle details and seals.
- Physically inspect all reported empty trailers upon arrival and departure.
- Verify that trailer locking systems are functioning correctly.
- Collaborate with the team to provide excellent gatehouse security and customer service.
- Coordinate activities among contractors, employees, and visitors.
- Liaise with emergency services and other third-party organizations.
