Responsibilities
- Leading and working alongside a team of skilled Firmware Developers and QA Engineers to build applications for IT products, including web and mobile platforms that run on UniFi.
- Coordinate with other teams like HW, SW, UX, Support team throughout the project lifecycle
- Assigning tasks, setting priorities, allocating resources, and ensuring high-quality output.
- Monitoring the quality and execution of the project.
- Negotiating with stakeholders and other parties involved in the project.
Requirements
- Over 7 years of experience in Software Development roles and minimum 5 years of experience in Software Product or Project Management roles.
- Familiarity with the software development life cycle and testing processes.
- Experience in analyzing information and making data driven decisions.
- Professional interest in IT products and emerging technologies.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in problem-solving and data analysis.
- Highly proficient in English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
- Experienced in project management for embedded firmware projects like power infrastructure, such as Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), PDUs, Redundant Power Supplies (RPS), Smart Meters and Powerwall.
- Experience in JIRA will be considered as an advantage.
- Open-minded and positive attitude.
- Familiarity with UniFi products as an active user.
